Is a painter whose work unfolds at the intersection of recognisable figurative imagery and precise structural interventions.

Painted and metal elements cut through the pictorial space, setting up a tension between image and disruption.

Recent works extend this language through slow movement within the painting itself.

Book release

Robbe was secretary for The Loods Roosendaal foundation for 5 years. More or less to close these years, robbe has worked as an author on the book "5th anniversary The Loods" which was made in collaboration with all visitors and administrators of The Loods, the municipality of Roosendaal and Cultuur Compaan.
